End User License Agreement (EULA) for Seiden PHP+
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “Licensee”) and Seiden Group for the use of Seiden PHP+ (“Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using Seiden PHP+, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seiden Group grants to Licensee, and Licensee accepts, a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Seiden PHP+.
2. Limitations on Use
Licensee may not transfer, sublicense, sell, or distribute Seiden PHP+ to any third party without Seiden Group’s prior written consent.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Seiden PHP+ is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the property of Seiden Group and/or its contributors.
4. Open Source Components
Seiden PHP+ may include components licensed under open-source licenses. These components are governed by their respective licenses, which may grant additional rights to the User.
5. No Warranty
Seiden PHP+ is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seiden Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Seiden PHP+.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Seiden Group may terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Seiden PHP+.
By using Seiden PHP+, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
